Eporta provides a complete end to end service from marketing support through to installation and post installation support.

Marketing & Sales support:

Eporta recognises, that when resellers become involved with new products, that there is a challenge for them to get a firm understanding of the product, and create sales opportunities as quickly as possible, enabling them to take advantage of early adoption opportunities.

Eporta will assist with the timely and effective uptake of products, through development of sales campaigns; provision of leads, accompanied sales visits, assistance with the production of sales seminars, and comprehensive sales training.

In order to sell convergence effectively, sales people need to act almost as business consultants, and thoroughly comprehend the impact on the running of a business, from the delivery mechanism of information and/or the use of applications.

We work with resellers in training their sales force, to realise the business impact of our products for end users. We provide the sales force with the collateral that enables them to communicate the potential business impact to their customer, from the perspective of effectiveness, efficiency, cost savings and competitive edge.

Eporta can also develop tailored, tactical or strategic sales training programs, covering all areas of selling, from Telesales, through to Solution selling and Account Management.

Eporta can provide consultants, to work with Cisco's channel partners to help generate powerful selling tools, for example the “Convergence Impact” guide. This document is a valuable sales tool, which may cover all impact areas of an IP Telephony application solution, and help develop a compelling value proposition for convergence, and not a proposition purely based upon, toll by pass and shared infrastructure.

This service enables the Cisco Channel to produce a document for their customers which looks at the potential impact of convergence and collaboration across all areas of the business, department by department, leading to a compelling value proposition and greater value in sales.

Technical support:

Very little technical knowledge or resource is required from the reseller to “go to market” with Eporta, as we will provide as much support as required. If you wish, you may outsource any part of the technical process from pre-sales through to post installation support or we will train your team to become absolutely self sufficient.
