Overview
Emboka Ltd has developed two core web-based applications.
(1) The Emboka Advisor System (EAS), is a product for student service organisations and
(2) Emboka Community Portal (ECP) is a web-based content management system for running formal and informal social
networks on the web
Emboka Advisor Software (EAS)
Emboka Advisor Software is a communications application specifically designed for student
service organisations, to enhance the way in which they service their clients and manage precious staffing resource.
It is aimed at improving the processing and sharing of information within these institutions and assisting all users with an easy to deploy system.
Users can encompass advisors, students, student service staff, family, friends or faculty members who are involved in this crucial service area. Using this web-based approach, when appropriate,
helps to expedite the enquiry process for clients
(e.g prospective students, current students, and staff) who engage the service.
It keeps track of all services offered to them in a coordinated and efficient manner, making the process easier
and more efficient for all parties.

Community Portal
Emboka is a secure online environment in the form of a virtual community which interacts with other communities, or enables the creation of new networks.
Emboka provides a secure social networking environment by enabling the administrators to put in place rules and regulations to govern how people interact,
it also allows them to monitor and measure adherence to these regulations.
